EndlessZone may collect account information such as username, display name, email address, avatar, and encrypted or provider-based login credentials. If you sign in or connect through Steam, EndlessZone may also receive profile identifiers and basic public account details made available by Steam.

EndlessZone also stores content and activity you choose to create in the product, including backlog entries, playtime, ratings, reviews, lists, follows, profile text, and related timestamps.

If you connect Steam, EndlessZone may access your public Steam profile, owned games, recently played games, playtime, and related library information that Steam exposes through its APIs. Game metadata shown in EndlessZone may also be sourced from third-party providers such as IGDB.

Third-party platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Using a linked account does not make EndlessZone responsible for the privacy or availability practices of those providers.

If EndlessZone adds new login providers in the future, this policy should be updated before those integrations are enabled publicly.

EndlessZone uses collected information to create and secure accounts, power profile pages, sync connected libraries, display reviews and lists, personalize backlog and discovery features, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

Security-related logs, cookies, and rate-limit data may also be processed to protect user accounts, detect suspicious activity, and maintain service reliability.

If content appears to include hate speech, threats, harassment, or similar abuse, EndlessZone may store the blocked or reported content together with related account details, moderation decisions, timestamps, and linked third-party identifiers such as a connected Steam ID when relevant to the incident.

EndlessZone uses cookies and similar session mechanisms that are necessary for login, account continuity, security, and fraud prevention. These include authentication cookies and temporary security values used during sign-in flows such as Steam account linking.

EndlessZone does not currently describe advertising or behavioral tracking cookies in this policy. If that changes, this policy should be updated before those technologies are deployed publicly.

Profile information, public lists, reviews, activity, and follower relationships may be visible to other users depending on how the product is configured. Private or internal content should only be treated as private to the extent the service explicitly marks and enforces it as such.

You are responsible for the content you choose to publish through EndlessZone, including reviews, notes, and list descriptions.

EndlessZone keeps account and activity data for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain user profiles, preserve library history, enforce abuse protections, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the type of record and the needs of the service operator.

Moderation and abuse-report records may be retained separately from ordinary user content when necessary to investigate misconduct, enforce platform rules, respond to disputes, support legal obligations, or document reports sent to third-party platforms or authorities.

You may be able to update parts of your profile, unlink services, adjust visibility-related preferences, or delete individual content items through the product experience. Some records may remain in backups, security logs, or integrity systems for a limited period after changes are made.

For legal, privacy, or deletion requests, users should use the support or contact channel published with the deployment of EndlessZone. The Terms of Service also apply to use of the platform.

Depending on where EndlessZone is offered, users may have additional rights under local privacy laws. If you operate this product publicly, review this policy for compliance with laws that apply to your users, including rules related to consumer privacy, cross-border transfers, and user rights requests.

EndlessZone may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, the updated version should be published on this page with a revised effective date.
