Terms of Service

You may use EndlessZone only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your account, your activity, and any content you publish through the platform.

You must not use EndlessZone to abuse other users, scrape protected content unlawfully, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any third-party sign-in methods linked to your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it reasonably current.

EndlessZone may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to accounts involved in abuse, fraud, policy violations, or conduct that creates risk for the service or its users.

You retain ownership of the reviews, lists, profile text, and other content you submit to EndlessZone. By posting content, you grant EndlessZone a non-exclusive license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to publish any content you submit and that doing so does not violate the rights of others.

EndlessZone may integrate with or display data from Steam, IGDB, and other third-party data providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, and availability constraints.

EndlessZone is not affiliated with Valve, Steam, Twitch, or IGDB unless expressly stated otherwise. Availability of linked features may change if third-party services change their APIs, permissions, or policies.

If additional login providers are introduced later, these terms should be updated before those sign-in methods are made publicly available.

You must not use EndlessZone to harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, impersonate, spam, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with rate limits, or exploit the service in a way that harms other users or the operator. Hate speech, slurs, targeted abuse, and content promoting violence or discrimination are prohibited.

The operator may remove content, limit functionality, suspend access, and retain offending content together with related account information, linked platform identifiers, timestamps, and moderation records when needed to enforce these terms, respond to complaints, protect users, or prepare reports to relevant platforms or authorities.

EndlessZone may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice. The operator is not required to maintain any specific feature set, compatibility target, or data integration indefinitely.

EndlessZone is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and accuracy of third-party data.

Game completion estimates, ratings, metadata, and linked platform information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of EndlessZone will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or service availability arising from use of the platform.

Use of EndlessZone is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how account, profile, and connected-service data may be collected and used.

If you need to report abuse, request content removal, or raise a legal concern, use the support or contact channel published with the deployment of EndlessZone. Public operators of this service should publish a working legal or support contact before launch.

Where reasonably necessary, the operator may preserve reports, blocked content, moderation evidence, and linked account details for investigation, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or submission to third-party platforms such as Steam when a linked account is relevant to the report.

EndlessZone may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
